To make a donation* or a bequest

The Children's Foundation is authorised to recieve donations and bequests in exemption of all laws.

  • By legacy : the legacies of possesions, furniture and buildings, carrying all or part of your patrimony.
  • By donation : in the same way possessions, furniture or buidings, with effect in your lifetime or after inheritance.

    • To draft a legacy, your public notary remains your best advice he will know how to protect you from all the contests made against your will

    *The Children's Foundation is recognised as a public good by the law passed on the 2nd of December 1977.
    For individuals : Your donation is tax deductible to the level of 50% within the limit of 6% of your taxable income.
    For businesses : Your donation is tax deductible to the level of 3.25% of your turnover.
    (Tax deposition applicable in France)
