Analysis of your demand and responses to your questions
All the training proposed in this program can be carried out anywhere on demand.
The training and research unit also organise lectures and personalised training sessions, which can be organised in Paris or in the provinces as well as in the surrounind areas or french overseas administrative departments and territories.
Our team intervene to help you to elaborate your training projects or to respond to your needs for funds and also adapt the training sessions the the actual needs of those taking part.
The training and research unit is approached by outside organisations in order to :
Deepen and perfect knowledge already aquired,
To treat specific problems related to the nature of the service (PMI, Foster homes, AEMO, ASE professions, Nursary assistants…),
Put integrated teams at a higher level of competance
To acompany the reorganisation of the services,
To intervene in crisis situations within the services (more particularly the services that take in children)
Within these training sessions, the teaching methods leave a
large place for analysis of professional practises and questions
from the teams, whilst theoretical knowledge is being gained at
the same time.
